Safeguarding

At Bessacarr FC Safeguarding and child welfare is paramount. Any individual with involvement (managers, coaches etc) must have an in-date criminal records check and safeguarding certificate prior to any participation. Refusal to comply would restrict and disallow any participation and involvement until compliance is expressed. Sheffield and Hallamshire FA will carry out sporadic spot checks to ensure mandatory requirements are being met, anyone not adhering to these requirements will be responsible for the removal of the whole club's affiliation. In addition, only safeguarded individuals-managers, coaches etc are permitted to coach. Moreover, all other spectators should remain behind the respect barrier at all times.
